  A Social Media Manager is how I market myself, not to be confused with a VA (virtual Assistant). I often get asked about what I do... What is an SMM?  (  Social Media Manager) An SMM manages your business page on a social media platform; it can be Facebook (my speciality), Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn & even TikTok. Business owners give the SMM access to their business pages & usually ad accounts, not their personal profile. If an SMM asks for your personal profile log in on Facebook or Instagram, I would suggest that they read the terms of service that state 'DO NOT give your personal profile login to anyone. To give access to an SMM or a VA, you will be required to set up a business manager on the Facebook platform & you do that  here  if you don't already have one.   Facebook is doubling down on its AI efforts, and it's going to change the way you use social networks. As of now, around 15% of your Facebook feed and a little more than that of your Instagram feed is recommended by Facebook's AI from people, groups, or accounts that you don't follow. But that number is expected to jump up to more than double by the end of 2023. The reason for this is simple: Facebook wants to make sure that its users see relevant content in their feeds and not just what their friends post about.    Getting Likes is tough! Getting new people to ‘like’ your page is getting tougher and tougher with all the algorithm changes,  Just when you think you have it nailed, they go & ‘update’ it..GRRRRRR If you’re struggling with this too, then this blog is for you. In this blog, I will be sharing some tips on how to get more likes on your Facebook page. 1.  Make sure your page description is engaging & interesting. This is where people will read about your brand/company before they decide whether they want to like your page or not. Make sure that it has a hook in the beginning so that people are compelled to read further. For example, if you are a coffee shop, make sure your description says something like “Come in for the best coffee in town! We have amazing cakes too!”. This will grab people’s attention and make them want to know more about your brand/company. 2.  Upload high-quality images of your product or service, also make sure that they are relevant to what you do so that
